Your files and your responsibility
Our tools process files on your own device. You are responsible for the files you process and for having the right to use, modify and share them. Don't use the tools to process content that is illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.
Keep your originals
Compression and format conversion can permanently discard image detail and metadata. Always keep a copy of your original files. We can't recover files for you, because we never receive them.
No warranty
We work to keep our tools reliable, but the site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that results are error-free, that every file will convert, or that results will be accepted by any particular website, service or authority.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FileWise and its owners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website or its results, including loss of data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at scale, or using it for unlawful purposes.
